This exciting campus residential addition included approximately 60 units in 9 buildings each with 6 to 12 units per building. Several buildings and unit layouts were duplicated allowing for design efficiency. Construction was roughly $7M. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the MEP/FP engineering systems.
