AEC-ME was part of the A/E team for a new skilled nursing & transitional care housing facility located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The new Tulsa Skilled Nursing Facility included a four-story rehabilitation tower along with a one-story housing component. The total square footage was approximately 76,000 SQFT. The new facility has approximately 102 beds, 60 private transitional care rooms, and 42 private and semi-private long-term care rooms. The facility included housing units, administration areas, reception, business offices, and a dining area. AEC-ME completed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for this project. Total development cost was approximately $9.5M.
