AEC-ME is providing engineering designs for a new 21,000 SQFT single-story licensed memory care facility – Trilogy Legacy Villages. The facility will be on two locations, utilizing a single approved design. The facility includes offices, conference room, kitchen/dining area, living room, indoor activity area, an open enclosed courtyard/outdoor activity area, 20 private residential rooms, and other amenities. AEC-ME is responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical and low voltage systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the new building. Rooms are equipped with nurse call systems. The building has its own backup power system with gas generator set and automatic transfer switch, serving the high-importance equipment. Construction costs are expected to be between $3.5M and $4M.
