AEC-ME provided engineering services for the construction on a new 4-story, 106,500 SQFT affordable assisted living facility, Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam. The facility accomodated 125 housing units, administrative areas, reception, business offices, and kitchen/dining areas. The construction cost was approximately $11M. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
