AEC-ME provided engineering designs to support renovations to the first floor of the Plymouth City Hall. The project demolished and renovated existing spaces to create new offices and lobby along with updating restroom facilities. Additionally our work improved the chamber of commerce space, offices spaces, and meeting rooms. AEC-ME was responsible for initial facility assessment and then implemented design of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the renovated spaces. Improvements included a new HVAC system and dehumidification unit, new fire alarm system and emergency egress lighting, new LED lighting, and upgraded power service.
