AEC-ME was part of a team that prepared construction documents for renovations to the Historic Old Stoney Building for use by the City of Frankfort. This team had previously conducted a study of the building and prepared recommendations for improvements including roofing, MEP systems, and general architecture. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the improvements to the buildings’ mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Cool feature included custom grilles in the main hall to match the 100 year existing grilles.
