AEC-ME provided engineering design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems associated with renovations to the Massac County Courthouse. The project scope included floors 1 and 2 for a total square footage of approximately 18,700 SQFT. The courthouse included court rooms, storage, administrative and office spaces, utility spaces, and holding cell space. The scope of work was based on a construction budget of roughly $1.3M. AEC-ME prepared construction documents for improvements to the HVAC and electrical systems.
