AEC-ME was part of an A/E team completed the facility assessment of the existing downtown office building for Marion County. The building was constructed in 1962 and is 734,000 SQFT. The assessment was performed to evaluate the condition of the property and identify damage, deterioration, and areas of non-compliance with currently adopted code and standard practices. We assessed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems.
