Indiana University Health renovated the nearly 30,000 SQFT Stone Carver facility into administrative office space. Construction cost was approximately $2.9M. AEC-ME performed an assessment of the building, offered recommendations for MEP improvements, and prepared construction documents based on recommendations. Improvements included replacing the roof top HVAC units, replacement of the storage hot water heater for the main restroom areas, minor electrical and lighting upgrades, and telecommunication improvements.
