AEC-ME’s scope of work included the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems associated with the build out of Indiana University Health Medical Office Building.  The Saxony Suite 2500’s total square footage was approximately 4,900 SQFT shell space on the second floor above the surgery center. AEC-ME extended the base building system to serve the new space adding new terminal boxes, branch ductwork, diffusers, and hot water piping while integrating controls with the existing system.
