Hancock County Community Foundation Renovation

Hancock County Community Foundation repurposed a two-story retired church into their new headquarters (12,555 SQFT). The Foundation created private offices, open workspace, conference rooms, gathering rooms, lounge, lobby, storage, and support spaces. AEC-ME completed design of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Services included new DOAS HVAC system, new and resized electrical service, new interior lighting and controls throughout, new fire alarm system, new vertical raceways and back-boxes to support technology systems and security systems, and redistributed plumbing systems to serve the new layout. Construction was roughly $1M.
