Construction of a new three-story apartment complex in Bloomington, Indiana. The complex includes 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, lobby, offices, community room, fitness center, public restrooms, and mechanical space. The building is 88,000 SF. AEC-ME provided engineering design services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems.
