The Glasswater Creek team designed and built a four-story, 105,000 SQFT facility with approximately 100 assisted living units and 24 independent living units. In addition to the living units, the facility included fitness and therapy areas, nurse stations, community gathering areas, general store, library, administrative areas, reception, business offices, a kitchen, and open and private dining areas. Construction cost were approximately $14M. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
