This adaptive re-use project developed a 65,000 SF senior living complex out of an historic school building (Florence Fay School), originally built in 1913. The new apartment complex included 73 units, common spaces, and common outdoor grounds. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the MEP/FP engineering systems for the renovation and new build.
