The Fishers City Hall building was experiencing poor airflow, lack of capacity in the auditorium, and aging HVAC systems. The City contracted AEC-ME to provided engineering services to replace the HVAC system, except for the Chiller and Boiler System. The new system will utilize Air Handling Units (AHUs) with VAV boxes. The team overcame several challenges, including phasing and downtime, equipment access on the mezzanine and in the basement, and low ceiling height.
