AEC-ME’s scope of work for this project included the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing associated with the new Fairfield hotel in Oxford, Ohio. The 45,000 SQFT, three-story hotel consists of 92 guestrooms and various amenity areas, including fitness, breakfast/cafeteria, conference rooms, and laundry room.
