AEC-ME collaborated with our architectural partner. We assessed the MEP/FP systems for several buildings within the Elwood Community School Corp. The buildings included the high school, an elementary school, the administration building, the transportation building, and the athletic field. The assessment identified portions of the building systems that were in disrepair, beyond expected lifetime, not meeting current codes, or failing. AEC-ME prepared a report with current conditions including code violations and recommendations for repair/replacement.
