Eagledale Senior Apartments
The Eagledale Senior Apartments is a new low income, handicapped accessible/adaptable apartment community for seniors aged 55 and older. The development is a mixture of new build and renovation of a historical school building. The Flackville 100 School Building was built in 1912 and is the last remaining structure from the Flackville neighborhood. The building is three stories and approximately 36,605 SF. A 30,820 SF addition was added to the building to allow for 65 apartment units, common spaces, exercise room, and outdoor common grounds with activities to promote well-being. AEC-ME was responsible for the design of the MEPT/FP engineering systems for the renovation and new build.
