AEC-ME designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new corrosion inhibitor chemical feed systems at two Citizen’s Energy water treatment plants. Our work focused on ventilation, electrical, and plumbing to support Commonwealth Engineers’ chemical feed system design.

At the Ford Road site, we adapted the existing fluoride room to house the system, replacing a corroded eyewash/shower unit. We designed power, make-up water, and ventilation to support the new equipment.

At the South Harding site, we installed the system in the lower level and added a new combination eyewash/shower. Power, make-up water, and ventilation were also designed for the new setup. We coordinated SCADA integration to meet CEG requirements.
