AEC-ME designed this large residential-retail mixed-use building to enhance housing in the historic Broad Ripple Neighborhood. The Broad Ripple Mixed Use Complex features 225 residential units, an enclosed parking garage, and retail space. To maximize unit count and building size, we positioned the structure tightly along the property lines. Our team collaborated closely with the architectural and civil teams, as well as utility providers, to place the transformer and metering bank with proper access along the alley.
