AEC-ME designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the three-story, roughly 181,000 SQFT, Astral of Auburn Senior Living facility. The facilty included 166 units of various sizes and living spaces. The facility has multiple dining areas, a main kitchen, community rooms, a wellness center, and offices. Construction cost was approximately $10M.
