AEC-ME provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology engineering services for the buildout of a shell space to accommodate a new 17,270 SQ FT medical office building.

The medical office building included exam rooms, lounge aera, nursing stations, offices, clean supply, lab and draw space, reception, and other support spaces.

AEC-ME worked with the architect and contractor to provide a funcitonal space for the non-hospital license medical office.
