The new facility is a three-story, 45,000 SQ FT police station that consists of a sally port, digital evidence processing and storage spaces, interview rooms, training and conference rooms and office/support spaces.  The building was designed to connect to a 240 vehicle structured parking garage.

AEC-ME provided the design and construction documents for the Mechanical, Electrical and Technology systems.  The design consisted of a 00ton air-cooled chiller, two (2) 100% outdoor air units with energy recovery
and free cooling, and two (2) high efficiency 800MBH heating hot water boilers.  The entire building was designed for 100% emergency generator power backup.
